Alpha Lux Coating – Payment & Refund Policy
At Alpha Lux Coating, we are committed to providing high-quality craftsmanship and transparent business practices. The following payment and refund policy outlines how payments, deposits, and refunds are handled for all residential and commercial projects.
Estimates and Project Agreements
All estimates provided by Alpha Lux Coating are valid for a limited time and are subject to change based on project conditions, material availability, or scope adjustments. Once an estimate is accepted by the client, it becomes a binding agreement for the services described.
Any modifications to the scope of work must be approved through a written change order and may affect the final project cost.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure scheduling and cover initial project costs such as materials, labor allocation, and project preparation.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been purchased or project scheduling has been confirmed, as resources are allocated specifically for the client's project.
Payment Schedule
Payment schedules may vary depending on the size and scope of the project. Payments may be structured in phases, including but not limited to:
Initial deposit
Progress payments during the project
Final payment upon substantial completion
Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed scope of work unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
Materials and Special Orders
Certain projects require custom or special-order materials. Once these materials have been ordered or purchased, they are non-refundable, as they are specifically acquired for the client's project.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of construction and contracting services, refunds are generally not issued once work has begun.
If a project is canceled before work begins and before materials are purchased, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Alpha Lux Coating, minus administrative costs and any expenses already incurred.
Once work has started, payments made cover labor, materials, scheduling, and operational costs and are non-refundable.
Project Delays
Project timelines may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Material supply delays
Site conditions
Safety concerns
Alpha Lux Coating will communicate any delays and work with clients to resume the project as soon as possible.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and ensuring the project site is prepared as agreed prior to the start of work.
Dispute Resolution
Alpha Lux Coating strives to resolve all concerns quickly and professionally. If any issues arise during a project, clients are encouraged to contact us directly so that we may address the matter promptly and fairly.
