Cristian M. is the owner of Alpha Lux Coating, a Beaverton, Oregon-based business specializing in concrete coatings and painting for both residential and commercial projects. With over 15 years in the construction industry and countless hours donated to Habitat for Humanity, he brings deep experience and a strong sense of community to every project. Cristian values professionalism and clear communication, building trust through transparent project management and fair pricing. He is entrepreneurial and driven, constantly seeking ways to grow his business while maintaining strong local connections. Outside of work, he is a devoted father to his three children and enjoys being an active, hands-on parent while maintaining the same dedication and focus he brings to every project..

Chris L. - Partner

Chris Lee is a construction professional with extensive experience managing large-scale projects across Oregon. My background includes building miles of horse fencing in Madras and Bend, developing 30,000+ square feet of commercial grow facilities in Eugene, and overseeing major accounts in Wilsonville, Portland, and Sandy. Chris takes pride in strong communication, hands-on leadership, and delivering quality results with integrity and precision.

When Chris is not on the job, he enjoys fishing, exploring Oregon’s outdoors, creating video content, and working on cars. Above all, he loves spending time with his grandkids—they’re his biggest motivation and the reason he strive to keep growing and making a positive impact in my community.

Amanda L. has over nine years of experience working with construction companies generating more than $10 million annually. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in developing estimates, preparing proposals, managing customer communications, and coordinating project scheduling—contributing to smooth operations and successful project delivery. Outside of work, Amanda is embracing motherhood and cherishing every moment with her six-month-old daughter and family.
